Just another reason why I always keep my brakes locked!

Obviously its totally up to you - as I said in my original post, I have been served well with all-original parts in my cart. But the jury says I am a huge exception. I would not change them to Regen 2 though...that's just crazy talk. Assuming they have no batts - I hope you know that they run well with their original parts!

6 6V is 36. Aren't you aiming for 48?

Yeah, honestly I don't know why I said 6 6v or 3 12v batteries. Yes it is a 48v cart

So have you seen them run? And are you buyin' 'em? Howcome you need so many carts? I would be exhausted with just two carts - what with runnin' back and forth advancing them along the fairways....

Burning carts, 2 cart relay on golf course.....
You guys are hilarious

I have a 2002 cc ds 48v. Removed f/r switch, charging plug, etc. rather than replacing them. Now it locks up in wet grass and when I tap brakes. Guess I'll burn it too

You could burn it, but in your situation I'd rather just clean the brakes real good and scuff them up with some 80 grit sand paper.
