1999 Club Car not charging
i bought a 1999 clubcar that is 48 volt. it has the single solenoid and the slide F/R switch. it also has the orange battery indicator on the dash. the kart is running slow and will not start the charger. i tried the grey wire pull and the red is hooked to the #1 battery. all the connections seem tight and the batteries show 50 volts across the set. i am going to load test them tonight and also charge 3 at a time with a 24 volt charger. do chargers generally go bad. mine will not click at all when i plug it in. thanks scott

Re: 1999 Club Car not charging
your charger should work on all C.C 48 volts.......................is it a powerdrive charger? if so you can open the charger and do a bypass to let you know but its easier to try it on another cart...................................

We have the same problem. We're trying to check and make sure that everything is hooked up correctly.
