I don't see a tow/run switch on the cart. Where would it be located?
Thank you

It would be under the seat, see pic.
It may not have one, you may have a series cart.
Does the cart have a round charging receptacle with 3 prongs?

There is no switch on mine Yes the charging receptacle is round and has the three prongs. I believe it is a series cart. Dose this change the way I would reset the obc?

Thank u. I'll try that now. Let me ask another question. A friend has a 48v Yamaha charger that he told me I could have it I could get it to work with my club. My thought was that would it work if I cut the end and put the ends from a Pair of jumper cables and connect them to the batteries to the charge them all without having to have the cart monitor/allow the charge? Dose this sound like it would work that way?

I really know nothing about Yammys, I'm not sure if they use any sort of computer system with their chargers. If they do, then it wouldn't work. However, if it is just an automatic charger that has the brains built in then sure it would work. You could probably put a CC end on it and use the existing charge port on the cart...

I followed the steps to reset the obc. Plugged in the charger and it didn't seem to do anything. I waited for about 30 seconds to see if it took a second to turn on but no. Any ideas? Thanks

I did leave the charger plugged in and I'll go out in a bit to see if anything has happened

I would bet your OBC is bad...
Double check the wiring though. There should be a red wire going from the back of the receptacle to the main positive of the pack. Also, the main negative cable should pass through the OBC.

Here is a diagram...

None of what i suggested refers to yamaha style charge systems. I was suggesting ways to reset the OBC. Yamaha uses no similar system, yamaha charger logic system is in the charger, clubcar charger logic is on the cart (follow the negative lead towards the back of cart, cable runs through a hole in the OBC). I do know the difference, and am not confusing the two completely different systems.
