Default 95 DS no go

Helping a buddy diagnose his cart it is an early 95 DS 48V. Was driving fine parked it and got back in a couple hours later and no go. Battery voltage is good.
Solenoid clicks when pedal depressed.

What should I check next?

Thanks.

Check the high amperage cable ends throughout the cart. And check the F&R -

All ends are in good shape.
With fnr in forward voltage reads 8.6 on both leads and drops to zero when pedal depressed.

With fnr in reverse voltage reads 49.6 on both leads and stays the same when pedal depressed.
