Re: How long will it last ?
Most stock controllers are 250 amp, so I'm guessing around there...

Re: How long will it last ?
Depends on what stock solenoid you have, they used more than one brand. The albright sw80 (small, rectangle shape) was a little undersized IMO in the first place, the white/rodgers (round body, square top) would be better i think. Both were used by the factory.

Re: How long will it last ?
The good thing about these carts is it is easy to fix issues but be warned I'd check to make sure it doesn't over heat, eventually it can break down the internal properties, like the insulating capabilities of the coils etc. arcing and could overheat and cause a fire. Thing like this are hard to catch, everything looks good then suddenly poof something shorts out, electrical issues aren't always obvious so keep an eye on it and every now and then check it out after a long run.
