I thought it was a good question also . Because I had no clue and now I have a better understanding... Knew nothing about the sparkies my knowledge is growing in leaps and bounds. Never ever wanted something that runs on batts . But I want 1 so bad. Stealth mode and all..

Thanks BGW members....

Once you have a nice powerful and fast electric golf cart you won't want a gas one.

Another thought is 60 or 72 volts of small batteries and recharge the big ones while off hunting.

Dont waste your money on 48 v worth of tractor batteries. I would be surprised if you even made it nback to camp.

How much more range is that? My guess would be 20%

Make the quality type of upgrades that people talk about on this site. Take care of your batts and do the proper maint and you won't get stuck out there. This is my first cart and I have been very happy with it's performance for two years now. I even nicknamed it the Ice Breaker this season! All the mud holes on my lease were frozen over on my last hunt trip. It crushed right through them!!!
