How can I tell the year, it's a older club car 48v like early 90s but can't figure the year out.. The serial number is only thing listed.. It is AA0108-992718.. Thanks

AG = DS Gasoline Golf Car
PG = Precedent Gasoline Golf Car
PQ = Precedent Electric IQ 48 Volt Golf Car

Based on the serial number, you have a 2001 Club Car DS 48v golf cart during the 8th week of production.

Thanks guys, you're awesome.. Next question.. It doesn't have a forward/reverse switch, I was told I could make one.possible? Or better off buy. New one?
