Default need some suggestions

i have an 01 cc when i put my charger on with the batteries almost dead the charger will go to 10 amps for about and hour and then kick out like the cart is full charged, i thought it might have been something wrong with my charger but i used a friends charger and it did the same thing any suggestions would be greatly appeciated

it just started doing this about a week ago, before the charger would go over to about 20 amps and work its way down as it charged

thanks dean
