Default Installed PQ Bandit!!!!

Well, after 4 years of running my 36v motor on my 48v upgrade, I finally sent my motor to PQ and had the Bandit upgrade done. Installed the motor & 2awg wires (didn't want any issues with wires) this weekend. MAN I LOVE It!!!! I can run about 24 on flat ground & from a dead stop on hills I pick up speed to about 16 on some pretty steep hills.

The best part is the torque I have with climbing. I have a concrete ramp in my back yard from my boat house climbing to my top yard portion that is about 10' & pretty steep. Ramp climbs a 4 foot wall in the 10' and the cart cruises up it way better then before!!!

I'm really happy with the motor!! Great job PQ!!!

A Bandit it supposed to get you around 25 mph with more torque than stock. It's actually the best bang for the buck out there to increase speed and torque... $225

Dang it. I wish you guys would quit posting all this good news about about the Bandit motor upgrade. Now I'm thinking I may want one. My stock motor is doing good with the speed code 5. But the more I read about these dang bandit motors, the more I wonder how one would work with speed code 5.

So how long did it take to get your motor back from PQ ? I am considering doing this also but hate the thought of being without my cart now that turkey season is in.

Exactly one week for me. However, that was ordering the core through PQ (as in, I didn't send them my stock motor).

I ran into shipping issues back to me because of the ice storms. Still was only 2 weeks.
