Added a battery SOC today. Did not want to cut any holes just yet so I mounted under warning label on dash. Voltage was during charge. Off by .1 according to my fluke.

This past weekend, I took my 1997 Club Car DS Carryall 1 out for a romp around the property. Now, I won't have to drive the pickup around the yard when I take feed and bedding to the coop and old bedding back to go to the dump.

It is a real kick to have it and great to have spring happening!

Got it local from a electronics shop. $12.95. It said waterproof. If it gives me any problems I am getting one of the good ones from Scotty. It is sure nice to be able to check voltage with a turn of the key. I have checked it several times verses the Fluke and most of the time it is dead on. Also helps a bunch with the break-in of the new batteries following Scotty's "Battery Break-in Method". I need to make a shade for the bright sunlight since it is harder to read.

Finally got new U-bolts on my white 93 stock cart to fix the killer brake grab. (Tried to snug up the originals and they twisted off) After a slight adjustment on the cable tension rod under the cart, for the first time in two years of owning the thing the brakes work right!

Also aired and rotated the tires on it, greased the front end, applied a little dielectric grease to the back of the F/R switch, and watered the batteries. All that's left to do is wash it tomorrow and it's ready to drop off at my Grandpa's house for summer since his gas cart is at camp.
