Watch the weight of the motor will make it fall forwards. I ran a strap around the motor thru the rear excess door and tied to rear seat if doing by your self.
My cart was lifted. Just unbolted and jack the body up and rowed out.

Washed my personal cart today and adjusted the brakes. Amazing how much the new cables had stretched since I built it a couple years ago - it stops good now!

I attach a strap between front and rear seats and my wife holds weight and I loosen the bolts and we slowly drop the motor. BTW - It is a lifted cart. We have done this 3 times and she likes to participate. Won't be changing motors anymore unless this new HD EMP gives up the ghost.

Take care,

M

Fixed up a full speed reverse jumper on the 48 volt "speedster" with the 36 volt motor. For being bone stock with the exception of the old motor I had and swapped in, it does really well. 17-18 is consistently what I get on flat paved road, and a nice amount of torque.
