I would be interested on your findings, I didn't buy a programmer so curious as to what mine is configured.

I zip tied them under the rear fenders and under the driver and passenger seat. I drilled little holes in the inside fenders for the zip ties.

This is a R&D starting point. The control will be configured for running with the stock motor.
Currently I have the OEM 225a control with speed code 4
I will install the DCX400 for testing and then the Curtis 500
lastly we will purchase a D&D higher hp motor and another Curtis 500 configured for that motor to conclude the testing.

Unfortunately this cart needs an OEM MCOR replacement which will slow down the testing. All the throttle results are between 1/2 and full throttle... there is nothing but occasional surging in the first 1/2 of the peddle......

If you need a stock motor, solenoid and controller let me know.

Update on the locker rear end. Now instead of the driver or passenger getting muddy now they both get muddy. Rear end has a slight rubbing noise to it but other than that I think it is going to do good. If it can hold up to the high torque D&D motor everything will be good.

That grill is sweet. How much was that? Where did you get the black roof?
