I put a LED light bar on it the other day and a new voltage reducer I got from ScottyB. I知 working on a switch panel now. Yeah I know I can put the switches on a dashboard but I wanted a simple overhead console so I got a 4x4 plastic fence post and went from there. I used Loctite epoxy plastic bonder to glue it together. It値l house the switches and fuse box and any necessary relays. I値l post more pix when it痴 finished.

Great idea using the fence post (good enough for me to copy, I'll steal a good idea from anyone ).

LOL, me too!
A heat gun would work great for softening and bending the plastic, all I had was wifey's hair dryer.

I wanted this light on top as well but there wasn't enough support for it. I thought about using the same type of crossbar mount with a metal tube on top then drill through the roof to mount the light but she uses a cover on it and I didn't want to keep dragging the cover over the light and maybe tear it.

I used some angle iron I got from the farm store. I faced the braces down and used a death wheel to notch it around the frame rails.

I welded (poorly welded) and extension on the left side for the 12 v reducer.
