Plasti Dipped my roof yesterday. Will let you know how it holds up. Two coats white base. Four coats yellow. Yellow is cheap. $3.85 a can. Bought a spray can attachment. I bought this cart for $1400. I recovered seats for about $80. Bought a set of four tires and wheels from craigslist for $100. Dipped the roof for about $50. I put in a speed magnet, but that did nothing. still can't figure out why. I have a reducer and 12v accessory and USB plugs to put in next.

Can any of you guys post a picture of how you installed a voltage reducer on your DS? Maybe someone took pictures while they were working on their cart.

Here's where I put mine. It's on the right in the picture. I put it right on top of the I-beam frame.

Got it all cleaned up at camp this weekend.
No paved roads at camp (all gravel), that and the trails keeps it quite dirty!!
