That's good to hear. All I have done so far is get the cart modified for it. Just need seat belts now. Just been reading online and online it seems like a PITA

All you need in TN is a bill of sale, the manufactures MSO (Manufacture Statement of Origin) and the LSV statement of compliance with the LSV requirements. Lights etc. Nobody inspects it you just have to certify under penalty of law that it is done. As for a 17 digit VIN they add 5 zeros to your serial #.

how do I get a a MSO?

Bobcc, how did the plasti-dip turn out up close? Are you happy with it? I've watched a ton of vids on YouTube and was just curious how you felt about the whole thing.
