New alltrax dxc500 club car issue

I have a 2008 club car ds iq cart. Installed pq bandit motor with no issues. Now installed new alltrax dcx 500. The controller shows no codes. Cart will not move until about 3/4 throttle then just jumps and shutters.been told alltrax is sensitive to the mcor and to replace it. I checked the ohms and was at 12k at 0 throttle. And at full throttle was jumping around 1-2k ohms. Any ideas or suggestions?

The alltrax wants to see 5-6k to 1-0k

So 12k would out of range.

So I have a bad mcor? It was working fine with Curtis controller. Also I haven't installed my HD solenoid yet. Would that be an issue. I'm leaning towards mcor????

Also are you sure the controller was programmed correctly from wherever you got it? MCOR is a known problem but yours sound a little more serious. Most carts will run rough at low throttle but then run normal at full throttle.

I would hook up a laptop and check out the programming and go from there.

It's showing field map6. Pq said it was correct bc the bandit motor is still considered a "stock" motor.

I dont think ive seen an mcor at 12k but..

Turn off the HPD on the alltrax and see if that fixes your problem.

And yes make sure the club car 3 wire box is checked for throttle input

Problem solved.... Bad mcor. Installed new updated mcor and cart runs great. Even spins 30" tires in gravel lol
