Default Sepex to series conversion

i own a 2003 club car DS it has a 48v sepex system on it currently. i am looking to convert this system to a series system to get added torque along with other benefits. i am good with electrical and good with mechanical operations but i have not worked on golf cart systems before.

Thanks
