Default Bought my first cart...

Bought my first cart, very inexpensive. Club Car 2003 DS AAxxxx serial. First stop was to buy batteries. It came with 2003 Trojan (post code C3) T860. Parked 6 new (Post code D4) T875s in her. I was astonished how slow she was. 12 mph. Next stop is a set of new 2 gauge cables. My wife says speed her up so looking for a good upgrade path. Suggest away !!

Goal 25-30 mph. Got funds ready to buy.

Great forum.

That is not an IQ cart. It is a series cart.

I'm sorry, I didn't see that. All in all, still a great deal and a nice cart.

Congrats on your new cart!! Was the cart running when you got it? I ask because you said old batteries were C3 date stamped. If it was running, are you sure they were not march 2013 batteries? I doubt 2003 batteries would work at all anymore. Never heard of batteries lasting 10+ years.
