Wow, thats been cleaned up a LOT! No wonder the beeping stopped. Saaay - any chance you wanna drop over to my house and help me clean up my garage?

To get to 25 mph you'll probably need more than just a rebuild - you'll need a "modified" series motor designed for speed. Your choice of 2 ga. cables should take care of most torque issues - even if the speed motor says "designed for speed but 10% less torque" (or similar language).

Contact DnD and get a speed/torque motor. My motor has been in 2 different carts...the first was lifted with 26" tires-35mph, the second is lowered on 205/30-14 lo pros and I get 30 mph. Both speeds with me and a passenger.
