o1 DS SLoooooW Motor operating voltage test ?

I have a 01 Ds electric 1yr old batts and test good in all ways. Load volts and gravity. Does not quit but is slow all the time. about 9 mph . All stock cart. Acts like not full throttle or rev half speed.Does this even have half speed rev like EzGo? How do I hook to motor and test voltage operating and Test throttle pot to see if it is telling the controller to go wide open.No dead spot in accelerator.But it does seem to go about half way to floor before it kicks the solonoid on. Thanks Rick

You sound like a prime candidate for the (very common) worn throttle linkage problem - check THIS thread.

Thanks Joesam, I think you Put me on the right trail. I will check out the pedal area from underneath and let you know the results. May take a couple days to get to it.Thanks again. Rick

Thanks Joesam for the info. Your knowledge really helped me out. The pivot shaft was worn out along with both frame brkt bushings. Shaft to pot will survive.Parts are on the way. Thanks again for your help, Have a Great Day !!!
