Default Will not move... '06 ds/ carryall 6 IQ plus

Hello, I'm a new member, i have done a few lifts, a couple gas BB conv and very little electrical with the help from this forum (google search).
I just bought this cart and have no history, it is a carryall 6 with IQ Plus (8pack 6v)
It will charge, buzzer works in R. 50.2V at the sol.+ side and 49.6 on both sides ONLY when the peddle is pushed in F or R, at that time there is power at the controller B+ 49.6v, M 44v(low peddle) 36v(full peddle) B- 0v F1 & F2 will alternate 0 or 6-7v with F&R
The motor has continuity between A1 and A2 also between F1 and F2 not between F's and A's. I also reset the OBC per sticky for cc electric.

I don't know what most of that means but those are questions most asked by the WILD Ones, I hope it helps. I would greatly appreciate any help if anyone has the time
Thanks,
Jim

. . . I would start by testing the solenoid . . . here is a link to a pretty good write up for accomplishing this test . . . make sure you jack up the rear wheels BEFORE attempting this test . . . there are quicker ways to test solenoid, but I figure you may enjoy this article as it is educational too . . . look thru the article for the Secondary Circuit test . . . if you have TOW/RUN switch, make sure it is in TOW position when making any wire connections/disconnections . . .

Good morning Steve sorry for the delay I was out of town.... before the test the solenoid will click and stay closed until the pedal is released... when the controller is taken off the load side it will click (close) then click (open) right away even with the pedal pressed in any position from slightly or to the floor.
