Time for tires - questions
Oh no, not another tire tread...
Hey guys, haven't posted here in a while. My cart has been out of sight, out of mind, down at the lake and I've had a lot of other things going on. Anyway, my tires are shot. I bought the tire and wheel package as a set an the tires were 23x10.50x12, and they fit fine even though Jakes recommends 22" tires with the 6" spindle lift. But I'm looking for something more like a street tread than the lug/offroad type design. It gets ridden mostly on pavement or flat dirt roads and the pavement is just killing the tread. I've been looking online but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, pix, etc? I called the cart place down at the lake thinking I could just run the cart to them and have them swap out the tires. But, they don't even have a tire mounting machine and would have to take it to the tire shop. So, I may as well get the tires on my own and take them to the tire shop myself. |
