Now this is why I am worried. These pics are under the dash. Lots of wires that don't connect to anything.
I checked all the connection plugs from the MCOR upstream looked good but I coated them with dielectric grease anyway.

Battery gauge is disconnected, and you have a red and black wire connected with a yellow and blue in line connector going to what?

I can sit in my garage and light up the driveway.

END OF THE SAGA.

Well scottyB sent me to Tahoe who with a great price and great service sold me a MCOR4.
I installed it and all is right with the world. (I live in a small world)
Like any good story however there is always a loose thread to start the next story.
I never did find out why with both heavy batter leads removed from the solenoid you could spin the wheels by pushing the throttle. Never did try it with the new MCOR so not very good research.
