Default Top things that are a must fix for a 20+ year cart???

I'm curious to know what everyone thinks are the top MUST be replaced on a 20+ year old cart? Mine runs fine...but curious if there's something we should replace no matter what...I'm running a 83 Club Car Royal Ride. Love to see everyone's comments! I ordered all the parts I need to get replaced and can't wait to get it up and running again!

when i restored my royal ride, I replaced everything electrical that CTD said above plus i replaced both front hubs and all bushings in front end and the bushings in rear leaf springs. Just did it more for peace of mind. Plus you can say you basically have a brand new cart.

while its all apart you might as well clean the frame, and repaint rear end. Makes it look clean and new.

Awesome! I was thinking about ordering the bushings...but wasn't sure. Never thought about the front hubs!
Love this forum!
Thanks,
Katie

As far as the hubs it appears one is just the hub itself and the other is the kit including bearing, lug nuts and dust cap. That is what I got because I wanted all new.

I also got the same bushings. Had a little trouble at first fitting in the leaf spring bushings but I read of here to rub a little grease on them and they slid right in.
