Actually that is a great bird. It did not get that big because he was stupid. I wish I was not a tax accountant sometimes so I could enjoy this stuff more. Wait til Wednesday.....

Your cowl isn't snapped in. I just noticed that. Take the plastic brow cap off and press downward on the cowl until all 5 snaps "click" into place and re-install the brow cap.

The dang thing wont stay in, I bet I have done that 3-4 times, its like the part it snaps into it dropped down or something! Any advice or suggestions?

Are you sure you really pushed hard? Did you take brow cap off? Did they all snap in ?
