04 precedent when it goes it is fine. some times (never know when) when starting out, It will not do a thing neither forward or reverse, other times will move about two inches and stop..occsionaly it will stop while going full speed .
I can flip all switches randomly and suddenly it will take off and run for several days and just when I need it to go it says no. Batts. all good, connections all good, just about to junk it. HELP&thanks |

Re: 2004 precident Intermitent dead
opened the
f/R switch looks like new and good functions. Tried a new solenoid no help. What should the voltage at the solenoid from the mcor be when running? |

Re: 2004 precident Intermitent dead
I am having the same exact problem with my 04 precedent. I tried replacing the controller with a re manufactured one and the problem still continued. I was thinking it could be the switch but when it stops working and i put it in reverse the back up buzzer still goes off and the cart still doesn't move so i figured the switch should still be working.

Could be a problem called "high pedal disable" if you can have someone with the scan tool plug it in, it will tell you if that is your problem, very simple verse throwing parts at it.

Re: 2004 precident Intermitent dead
I solved my Club car problems. I called the EZGo dealer and had a new EZGo delivered and the CC hauled off. Have not had a problem since...
