Default Power drive 2 charger

I have a Power drive 2 charger that clicks when you plug it in, but wont actually turn on, so I'd greatly appreciate the help in diagnosing whats wrong.

Usually this is an indication of no power from the wall outlet. However, it may also be a failure of a circuit breaker or relay within the charger. Also possible is a failure of the charging circuit within the On-board computer of the vehicle.

Yes it does. I made sure by plugging my other golf cart in on the same plug.

If the charger is clicking it means the cart is communicating with the charger. If it's not turning on after the click it means that power is not getting past the relay. You'll need to use a multimeter to confirm that power is going into and out of the circuit breaker. Once that's been confirmed you must then confirm that it's going into and out of the relay.
