precedent cart
my cart won't move I have 50 volts at the batteries but only 40.8 volts on the light blue wire coming from the OBC. I changed the OBC but I still have only 40.8 Volts. I changed the controller and the solenoid checks out OK. What else can I do

Have you checked the diode and resistor on the solenoid

Re: precedent cart
this cart doesn't have a diode on it. Someone my have changed the solenoid years ago and left it off. The cart had been running and just stopped.

Re: precedent cart
Does the reverse buzzer turn on? Need to know for test purposes. Buzzer is irrelevant to anything, but it does prove to me that the controller is powered up. Let me know then we'll proceed to step 2.

Re: precedent cart
David, The buzzer may not be working. I have 48 volts between the positive battery terminal and one side of the buzzer and 21 volts on the other side

Re: precedent cart
Unplug the two-pin connector from the MCOR and jump it together with a paperclip and see if it'll run.

Re: precedent cart
This is a possibility. When you unplugged the MCOR you may have put the paperclip on the wrong wires. If you put the paperclip into the wires on the MCOR that is wrong. If you put the paperclip into wires going back to the controller that is correct. If so carry on. Sorry to have interfered.
