Default Precedent Alignment Issue Right Front Tires Chaffs when turning left

I hate Club Car Precedent alignments, Now I feel better. I have a 2009 that I replaced all the front end bushings, king pin bushing and new king pins. I have done several of these alignments before and after a little trial and error I can get them right. Not this time. I have added new 12X6 wheels on the otherwise stock cart. No lift kit and check all parts and nothing is bent. My camber is almost zero, straight up and down on both front wheels. I have measured the toe in and have -3/8 on front of tires. Still when I turn sharp to the left going forward the right front tire chaffs on the asphalt. Turn right no issue. Back up no issue. I sure hope somebody has some idea what I should do next.

I know you're not trying to center the steering wheel, but there's a wealth of information in that post to help you better understand how these front ends are designed.

Did all that except I measured tires from 1st thread on tire which I duck taped my tape measure in the groove to the outside of the opposite tire. Difficult to measure these center to center by yourself. Do you have any suggestions how to go about this if you are working alone. Thanks for your input, you put out a lot of good info

Measure full outside to outside width. Then subtract the total of one tire width from that measurement. That will give you center to center, or very close at least.

I have done everything by the book, measured from center of tire to center. Front of tire is exactly 3/8 toe in, camber on both in wheels are almost exactly vertical. Cart drives straight, steering wheel is about 10 degrees to the right. Still when I turn left the right front tire is chaffing on the street. The harder I turn the worse it gets. I have checked the shock tower which seems straight, all bushing are new and tight. I am out of ideas. I have the cart sold but cant let it go like this. Any other ideas....could the steering rack be bad?? Another question...when you adjust the tire rods does the rod screw in and out of the steering rack as well. If thats the case adjusting the toe in with the tie rod end on or off would make a difference.

Your toe should be set to 1/8". 3/8" is too much. This could be part of your issue. Also, the steering rods do not thread in and out of the rack when you twist them.

Changed to 1/8, still same issue. What the heck could be wrong with this thing?

Have you checked the wheel bearings, and the king pin bushing. Forgive me if this has already been brought up.

After checking everything again setup per specs. I noticed when the cart is in a turn to the left, the left wheel stands mostly straight up while the right wheel is leaning out at the top making it turn on the outside edge of the tire which is making the chaffing noise. King pins and bushing are new and when the tire is off the ground there is no play. What am I missing here. I think its time to call in a professional. I cant keep drinking this much out of frustration.
