Default Pre charge resister

I don't see a pre charge resister it the photos I took of my 1999 DS, it does not show one in the wiring schematic either. Would it help or hurt anything to add one?

Must be a Regen2.... No pre-charge resistor on Regen1, Regen2, or IQ-Plus cars.

It's a regen2. Regen1 died in 1997
