Club Car DS wheel alignment
I did my homework and figured out the front end alignment. 1/4" toed in and camber at 1/8" both sides. Not hard at all, then I set steering wheel straight.
Now how do I check the rear wheel alignment? Never read anything about how to check that. The distance between the tires on the drivers side is 3/8" shorter than the passengers side between tires using squares on both. Any way to adjust? Thanks, M |

Re: Club Car DS wheel alignment
I don't think there's a way to adjust the rear end other than messing with the bracketry where it mounts to the rear springs. Isn't the spec for toe-in 1/8"?

Re: Club Car DS wheel alignment
so you purposely align toed in?
Where can I find these specs? I assume there's a servce manual I can pick up someplace. I'm new to carts, and I'm thinking my cart's front end isn't quite right. |

Re: Club Car DS wheel alignment
Here is what I based my measurements on out of my maintenance manual. I would love to hear from the forum experts CTD & Tahoe. Sometimes experience is better than manuals.
Thanks, M |

Re: Club Car DS wheel alignment
I always use 1/8" Toe-in. The camber adjustment procedure in the book is fine, but in my opinion the toe setting is a little excessive.
