Question MCOR issue

I have a 2013 club car , bought new from dealer in April /13. Quit moving after 8 rounds . Dealer replaced computer. Used again for 4 rounds and quit again (some stop and go for a short time prior. Dealer replaced controller. Went to use again and got almost 5 rounds in and quit again. Dealer thinks it's the MCOR . Anybody experienced this and thoughts if this could be the issue.
This is my 1st electric Club car versus 2 gas units prior, and enjoy it when it's quiet, but not sitting still and can't go.

Thx

Welcome to BGW!
When you say they replaced the computer, do you mean OBC?
The OBC is only for charging, and doesn't affect the running of the car.
When you step on the go pedal, do you hear a solenoid click?

OBC is correct . lots of clicking each time it was failing when pedal depressed.
No clicking or movement when complete failure.

Thx

IMHO this is not an MCOR issue. If it is charging properly probably not the OBC either. Are you sure when they said they replaced the "computer" they did not say "controller"? Not sure you hear a bunch of clicking when pedal depressed, usually only one click when you press pedal. I am assuming you have a Precedent I2 and not the LSV model, or remanufactured. Waiting for David (Tahoe) to chime in because if is a new one he would have the experience and knowledge to help.

If the OBC is not functioning correctly, the OBC *MAY* trigger something called solenoid lockout. This is the feature is usually used when the cart is charging and the OBC prevents the cart from running, but it can happen with the cart not charging if the OBC is malfunctioning.

True. Didn't think about a malfunctioning OBC toggling the solenoid while running. If the dealer replaced both the OBC and the Controller and it still is happening could it be a bad solenoid or maybe the MCOR could malfunction in the same way cutting in and out. Pretty soon all the parts will be replaced and if something fixes it make sure to report back. This could be very helpful to other members...

Sounds like an MCOR3. Take it to a dealer and tell them you want the MCOR4. It should be covered under warranty on a 2013. I don't know why it's so difficult for a dealer to figure out. The IQDM scanner will tell you exactly what's wrong with it. They must not know how to use it.

I second the mcor.
Lots of failures on the 2012 and 2013 cars with the mcor 3, needs to be changed to the mcor 4.
The IQDM doesn't show the failure in the history anymore. It will show a HPD only and not a throttle fault. The dealer needs to drive it for it to fail and see the foot input shows its off when your foot is on the pedal. Its under warranty so the dealer needs to replace it.Club Car knows the mcor 3 is a faulty part.
