I think I've heard it once, very rare.
But it's an easy and cheap first step for diagnosing charging problems...

OK here's a rarity, resetting the OBC corrected my problem with the yellow light!! I think it got screwed up when the 2 batteries in the old pack shorted out, then the OBC was dazed and confused until I reset it with your help. Thanks.

Does the buzzer normally sound when you put the cart in reverse? It'll only sound during the reset if it's hooked up, unhooking it is common.

there is a (sometimes) in the instructions ... sometimes it sounds sometimes it don't ... it has done that to me before on the same cart
