I liked the programability of the Alltrax, but did not like the footprint or design. You will be very happy with the FSIP.

Curtis Controller,

Well Robby swapped the Alltrax for a Curtis 500 amp controller, it is their conversion Kit. I haven't finished yet so I hope by tomorrow I'll have a full update and good news. Basically it replaces the stock 250 Curtis controller with their conversion kit to 500 Amp controller. I like the way it is put together, solid connections I think will be very durable and basically plug and play, look at the thickness of the heat-sink, it is massive compared to the Alltrax. I did have to make a few mods to get it in their, will explain as I go. If you noticed I had to relocate the Run/Tow make sure to install it the same way. Also to get the bolts on the very bottom, I had to Dremel some of the battery hold down a little so the nut would fit.

Just went for a test run, 23.7 mph on the gps, she runs just as smooth as the stock controller but with more power, really feels solid. Plug and play, the Curtis upgrade went well.

More pics, this controller came with a WALKAWAY relay & fuse, functions as stock cart but better IMO. Good improvement all around I think it will work out nice. I do need to come up with a better cover for the wiring as the other is now too small, I had to cut it some and tye-wrapped it for now.

No that is the Aluminum plate from the factory, just used scotch bright pads and little cleaner to shine it up. On the first install I used heatsink paste but with the Curtis controller having a thick 1/2" heatsink I didn't worry about it. It really doesn't get hot, the only heat I get is the motor get a high warm If I run it hard.

Yes I think that is the exact controller I have and it is an Executioner specifically built for what I wanted.
