Ok... the brushes look easy enough...

The bearing....I suppose I need a puller? And while I am replacing it, is there a specific one I should look at? Or just a stock one is fine?

I was looking at the PQ Bandit....There are other things I want to do to the cart and Im on a tight budget.

I used a two prong puller and worked fine. If u don't have one ingenuity will kick in. I bought the standard seAled bearing. If yours has that plate b/w bearing and motor don't forget to put it back on before new bearing. Cheers!

Most reasonably sized towns have at least one good electric motor rebuild shop. I'm surprized they are not utilized more in this hobby.
