top interchange precedent to ds?

As the title says I would like to know if a top from a precedent will fit a Ds?
I found some good tops for 50 apeice or 75 for 2.

Best I can tell I can remove and switch around the 2 rear brackets from this 80 inch roof and put a short top on.But before I drive down there and pay 50 bucks for a top I need to know if it will fit. The top on the cart I am working the inside of the frame is 41 inchs wide and it fits on the outside of the supports.

was pretty simple to do . if you have questions just post them

the front should fit without the extra angle piece I used , but cause I was adding drop hinges I needed to keep it square for them to work right.

It wound up I drilled the rivots out, laid aside the plastic top, put a piece of lexan down on the frame and rerivoted the trim and plastic top back on. Then I used the glue to fix the cracks and such and filled the hole in the back with spray foam. Not perfect but worked great for the week he needed it and I told him to keep it inside a shed to keep the sun off the repairs.
