Looking for IQ port for GimmeCharge device

I have what I believe is a rebuilt 2007 DS style Club Car (serial number starts AQ0749). I recently bought a GimmeCharge USB charging device that was described as for Club Cars 2004 and after. I am having trouble locating the IQ port that I am supposed to plug the device into. There is a picture for a non-DS cart on the Gimme Charge site (can't post links yet...) where a port is shown under the dash, but my DS cart does not seem to have a port there. I saw another Club Car diagram (page 12-10 at ...2007-DS-Golf-Car.pdf) where it looked like the port may be under the Forward/Reverse rocker, but I don't see anything there either. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I looked it up for you. It plugs into the same hole that you plug your charger into. It's used to charge your cell phone.

The GimmeCharge device sent for Club Cars definitely cannot plug into the same place as my battery charger. The GimmeCharge device is a tiny four-pronged device that I was told goes into the IQ port.

If you don't have a port under the f/r sw someone may have replaced the sw with a regen one or two f/r sw.

I'm pretty sure the 07 did not have the box style F-R switch. It has a toggle switch but it is rounded.

Since your serial number is close to 2008 model, maybe it is like the newer model DS. I found this picture on the 2009 DS manual.

Thanks everyone for your help. I have located the IQ port under the seat at the end of a cord that looks like the diagram in the previous post. I have hooked up the GimmeCharge device and it is working, although it it awkward to run the attached phone charger under the seat.

Hi all I have 2008 IQ and I don’t have a port in dash, switch or behind seat is it possible someone removed it?

I have found some wire tied up next to the controller.
