Haha. Loved that Jepp, but, sadly, had to sell it.

I've hit 24 downhill. The Speed Code 5 manufacturer claims 25-27ish, but on a lifted cart with 23" tires. I'll bet that is pretty spot on for a lifted cart.

Yeah I have 22" on my cart. I'm looking for a little more speed. May do an AC conversion.

Had a Jeep huh? Even better!! We build custom turbo Jeep SRT's. LOVE the Jeeps. Mine runs 8's in the 1/4 mile.

I see that GIANT turbo in your avatar. My was pretty much stock with exhaust, tune, CAI, and some other small stuff. Might have scratched high twelves...

I "bought" Speed Code 4 and was only getting 16.7mph. I went with a Plum Quick Executioner. Using the stock controller, 12" Fairway wheels with 18.25" low profile tires, I get just over 30mph on flat ground on a fresh charge. The cart handles great too. I can "flat foot" one of our neighborhood "T" intersections. That gets the adrenalin pumping. I often run 10+ miles without recharging. I don't cruise flat out, but usually run around 20mph at partial throttle. I added seatbelts.

Quick plug for Outback Fabricators as well for my Big Buck Rack. Looks great and I use it all the time.

I'm just not sure what to believe anymore you put that motor in a Presedent Cart
I went to their website to check it out and it says its for Powerdrive plus 1 & 2 and it does not even fit an IQ cart. PQ3170 - "The Executioner" 48 Volt Sepex Power Drive Plus I&II 10 spline, 1996 thru 2001 - $590.00

I definitely have a Executioner in my 2008 Precedent. You can contact Robbie at PQ for more info. I have been running my current setup for two years.

I think the Bandit is the best bang for the buck, and would definitely recommend it over buying a Speed Code. My wife pointed out I would always want more speed, so I should just buy what I want the first time. So I did. I can out run my neighbor's DS gasser with road gears.
