Default what would you buy next?

If you were to get another cart what would it be, ds, precedent and year model and why?

I already have a 2008.5 precedent set up for the camp, this time I'm thinking street cart for joy rides around the neighborhood. Chopped top sleek, not jacked up with knobbies.

I've been reading about a E-Z-Go 2 five. It looks interesting because of the AC drive.

I've always had CC DS carts, so honestly the next thing I'd be looking at if I was in the position to go out and buy anything is a Freedom RXV. Like jjance said, the AC drive has me intrigued, and I like how they don't slow down on hills.

I do hear that upgrades are almost non existent, but they're pretty fast from the factory. Stock gear ratio is 16.99:1, if you could get non-RXV 12.44:1 gears in that rear end you'd be buzzing right along with probably only a little torque loss, especially since you're looking for a neighborhood cruiser.

If you have never owned one you might consider an Ezgo PDS. They upgrade to 24 mph and +30% torque with Alltrax control and solenoid. Add a battery (under the seat) and you have a 42v cart that runs circles around most everybody else. FOR LESS

Limo club car or ezgo with 12" lift and big tires so I can be part of the +25 tire club ;). No top just chopped windshield. I think stay with series systems and I want to go litho batteries. So what is that $5G. I think it will have to wait for funds.

Well the A/C one I saw was sorta expensive, I'm looking for a project cart. Something that I can buy cheap and build slowly, this way wife won't be hit by a large purchase. LOL It is hard enough just to justify another cart and I'm still on tight reigns from the first one ha-ha!

About what year should I look for? There is no way I can spend as much as I did on the club cart, this one I'll have to do more of the work and little by little build it.
