Default Looking for Black Bolts for the rear seat

So I've been lurking for a while and searching around and I'm trying to locate some black bolts that I can use on my rear seat kit in place of the shiny ones that it came with. Does anyone know where to find something like that or if it's something I can paint, any suggestions on how to do it? Thx

I'm thinking about painting them but I don't want it to flake. What spray paint would be best for that? Or maybe plastidip?
