Default Pot box or v glide?

Still a little unsure of the difference. But this is a photo of the throttle box top view. My 93 cc converted from36 to 48v and all else but this throttle. Last two days the cart has been stuttering intermittently. When I hit bumps it stutters and stalls and I have to let off the pedal and go back to wot to keep speed.! One suggestion was that it got wet and it needed to be dried. Need to check for loose connections still tomorrow. But why does it stutter only on big bumps? Any other ideas?

Only thing I can think on bumps and such is a loose connection somewhere? Check all the wiring well, you'd be surprised the times I've forgotten to tighten something down and had it baffle me for a while.

That's a V-Glide, BTW.

Pads are clean and making good contact. Wires aren't loose and I could not find any moisture in the vglide box. Hopefully this was an anomaly

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say if you are using a VGlide with 48v - that's your problem right there.
