Default volt meter

once volt meter goes down (after use) it wont go back up (after charging) until it is full or completely charged meaning it wont go up a bar or two as it charges just shows half (or whatever its at ) until it is completely recharged then it will show full charge.......any ideas?????

It seems to be working correct. Do a full charge. Cart should be charged anytime it is not in use.

This is normal for all bar meter state of charge displays. The cart is charging but it will not show on the meter until all the way done. If this really is bothering you then you can buy a volt meter from scottyb and either install it instead of the bar meter or add it as an accessory to your dash. This will give you live voltage readings at all times and help show you what the real state of charge of your battery back is.

"wont reset on partial charge, only on full charge" is what All curtis led bar meters do, perfectly normal operation (as good as that type of meter is gonna get).
