its a controller cart but is it reagan or non reagan cart? 2 solenoids or 1 .......if 2 its possible you hear the reagan solenoid clicking........is the sound the reverse buzzer and try putting it in gear and see what happens.............jack the rear up get a peice of 6 gage cable jump large post on solenoid if you have 2 of them its the one on the outside frame rail pass side or the one without the cables going to the big resistor coil......jump the large post key on in gear press pedal if wheel spin replace it..............

Red face Re: what next ?

hey guys, with key switch on and in forward or reverse when i depress the pedal it sounds like it is trying to power but the solenoid doesn't click.the sound is a very light buzz, like electricity is going through it (it is not the reverse buzzer)
it has two solenoids i replaced the one closest to the battery and called club car for wiring diagram. big red, three little red and little green to big post,
a red,a blue, a red w/white stripe to little post.
blue w/white stripe to other little post.
big yellow to other big post.

have you tried jumping the solenoid? also have you checked battery voltage and load tested batteries? don,t assume because you charged them they are good so go over all cables pull twist and tug..........than take voltage readings post #,s will be a big help....................................
