1984 ds problems
I have a 1984 club car ds 36v golf cart I can not get it running I put 3 new solenoids on it all 5 are working I hooked a light tester to them I here the 5 clicks on the micro switches my problem is I have trouble reading the wiring diagram I know all the yellow wires go to the left side of the solenoids small terminals I need to know what are the colors for the right side starting with master solenoid I have a orange wire just hanging there also the batteries are at 35v any info please thanks

Batteries are dead for sure. Charge them up first off then see what ya got.

I got to charge them two at time the fuse is broken in charger area hook up wired straight together there is nothing hooked up to the small terminal on master solenoid what wire goes there green and red hooked up to second solenoid right side I'll charge them tomorrow got it at work I appreciate all the help I read all I could before posting was just lost lol

i put new batteries in it in and it goes forward and reverse goes real fast in reverse but slow in forward all the solenoids click and all the micro switches click im lost thanks

When hooked up to meter it reads under load in reverse from 36.7 to 34v in forward drops from 36.7v to 35v

You have the Forward battery cable on the Reverse (#3) battery (18V), and the Reverse battery cable on the Forward (#1) battery (36V). Switch these, either at the battery terminals (easiest) or at the FnR switch. Easy peasy!

A side note, leaving the forward wire as you have it now and putting the reverse wire with it (where you had it) will give you full speed reverse. Some folks like the extra backwards power.

Take the short cable and loop it across the 2 bottom cables or make a buss bar to connect the 2.
