scrubbing sound when stopping
Hello folks,
My parents bought a 2008 electric club car and when you are riding and lift off the pedal to start coming to a stop you can hear a "scrubbing" sound coming from around the brakes. Is this normal? |

Is the sound when you depress the brake pedal, or when coasting before pressing the brakes?
