2004 Precedent, turn signals not working?

With lights OFF, all is fine! BOTH front and rear ...

With lights ON, ONLY the front bar signals, both turn and hazard work?

Even thou ALL the light kits r plug n play, they r obviously not all compatible, I changed the tail lights and all works ok now ??

U install BASIC light KIT, how in the hell do u know what upgrade is compatible, they all look the same to me?
