Now the 3 brake wires under floor..... is there power going to it or is there another step for me to do?

ok first check continuity of switch with meter at the 2 prong harness by pulling on switch
if it works then check if circuit protector is poped
finally check timer it may not be turning off so lights won't come on

2 prong harness is good when pushing brake. Im not sure how to test timer because i get nothing no mater what I touch.

and when you say circuit protector where at. The main one off blue wire at the battery is good

By pass the timer with hot to hot and press peddle does that work? My timer failed so now i dont use it and bypassed it. I run my reducer off of key. You may have gotten a failed part.

on timer.. make sure it is getting a good ground on #3 spade

i i've seen them they are mounted under cart near switch .. if you installed it then you know here it is ...lol
