Older Caroche??
Howdy, I picked up a CC caroche recently and it does not have a ID plate. It has three pedals but also has a 5 solenoid speed control (add on??). Can anyone give me info on body parts, tops, etc. Thanks, Randy

Re: Older Caroche??
Hello,
I have one too, I just got it and Iam having a hard time finding info on mine , cause it doesn't have and id plate either. This seems to be the best site to find info. |

Re: Older Caroche??
Does yours have some kind of switch beside the f & R lever(to the right of lever if your looking at the lever)
that goes into the forward and reverse switch? mine is missing something that belongs on the outside wall, it appears to have been some sort of sliding handle that engages something in the forward/reverse switch. |

Re: Older Caroche??
Here's where I found my serial number to my 1971 caroche. Sit on the passenger side of the seat, look down at the "glove box' area of the dash, there is a chrome bar running horizontally along the bottom of the glove box. At the far right hand end of the bar is where I found my serial numbers stamped into the bar.

Re: Older Caroche??
Theres not much info on the caroche's. There is diagrams in the stickies and you can figure out what year it is but thats about it. They do have parts available but no lifts etc for them. SOME caroche's have bulletproof rears and motors.

Re: Older Caroche??
I think I can post some pics of mine if that will help. I just got it a few weeks ago and I've been trying to learn about it. The main problem I'm going to have is brakes and batteries. I think the master cylinder is toast but I'm not sure.
