Default charger problem

48 volt charger..had it hooked to a 01 ds with new batteries and after about 2 or 3 mins it trips the breaker..so I switched it with a 06 precedent ...does the same thing...is the breaker weak or what...anyone have the problem?

Typical fault of a bad rectifier in the charger.
