Default ds charging problems

Ok i have a 96 or 97 CC ds. When i put out away for the winter everything worked fine. I had to get a new charger (used) over the winter. I plug the charger in, nothing. I tried jumping from the back of rhe charger receptacle, nothing. I have internally jumped thw charger, and it comes on, but will produce a readout on the meter. Pack is low, at 47.5. Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Either a bad charger relay or a bad OBC most likely. Check the fuse behind the charger receptacle and check the 10AWG red wire on battery number one and make sure its not broken.

It is also possible that the battery pack is too low to even turn the charger on.

Turns out to be a bad relay in the charger!! Thankfully an easy fix!!
